Hello, I'm using an Aser V15 laptop with windows 10.
I made a partition ext4 /, installed uberstudent in it, and made a swap partition. All this because i read it in a random guide.
Now I'm not seeing the option to run uberstudent in the boot menu.
How do i fix this? And how do i get to boot both systems "the best way"?

Thanks in advance.

What happens when you hit F-12 at boot?

It only showed me windows options... or something without uberstudent options, i can't remember.
Anyway, i already fixed it. Thanks.

Now my problem is with the wifi, i'll need to find an eternet cable to see if some fixes work for me...
Also, I would like to know how much can I change the apperance, because it looks kind of dark and cheap, if you know what i mean.
No offense. It's not personal, just the way i feel around it.

My children are rather vocal about their love of the dark and auroral appearance of UberStudent; aesthetics are admittedly subjective though. UberStudent is an open-source operating system, so the appearance of your desktop is limited only by your imagination, diligence, and knowledge (this is why open-source operating systems pair so well with learning and education: their fundamental processes of involvement overlap significantly). If you succeed in creating an appearance that you like better and which would be suited to the general populace of UberStudent users, submit it to us and we will consider it for the next version of UberStudent. The power of an open-source operating system is that users are not confined to being mere users; any user has the potential to get involved and contribute.

As Damion stated above, if you come up with an appearance suited to the general populace of UberStudent users, submit it to us and we will most definitely consider it for the next version of UberStudent--with thanks and credit, I'll add.

The current default theme may well end up to be more productive for you, that's why it's default. It's thoughtfully designed first-and-foremost for maximum usability. Give it a go for a period, do work with it, before just clicking out, you might agree after some use. But to change the theme, go to your Settings Menu, upper left. You will easily figure out how to change the appearance. There are many gorgeous themes installed by default in UberStudent and the possibilities are nearly endless beyond what is already installed. Pics of some of the already-installed themes are at http://uberstudent.com/screenshots/ and are below.

Uberstudent is infinitely configurable: Here's a users's custom theme:
