 Post subject: Bluetooth [SOLVED]

As installed, bluetooth was not working on UberStudent 2.0 - some bluetooth packages were installed but others were missing.
Among the missing packages:bluetooth, pulseaudio-module-bluetooth
Synaptic also installed the supporting packages for these two.
Reboot was required to achieve bluetooth operability on my laptop.

You must be speaking about the Lightweight Edition

It has nothing different than vanilla Lubuntu in regard to Bluetooth. I don't have a bluetooth reader on any of my PCs so can't test it. Glad you got it going, and thanks for the info. :)

Yes it was the lite edition. I'm enjoying your distribution. Nice job! Linux installation has come a long way. My first installation was the Linux Systems Labs distribution in fall of 1994 - from about twenty 3.5" floppies.
