Have tried many times to install uberstudent, and when just tried with new purchased Hereclitus dvd of 32-bits couldn't get anything on my pae capable laptop, but as that is 64-bit and install dvd is 32, figured that was the problem, so took dvd to laptop that 32-bit with new, blank hdd and used the 3rd option down of 'forcepae'.
Took half hour of lights blinking, but eventually screen came up with the full operative os, BUT it was strictly LIVE with no option to install.
Tried over again going with all other options from tab, esc, and F6, but nothing worked [mostly they just froze], and when went through same process as originally to get something up, I again had only 'live' action with no option to install.
How can I get it to install? [CPU is Pentium M]

Sounds like you have a really tired computer, so the scripts that place the INSTALL icon are kind of hitting blank spots. Here's the quick fix:

When you reach the desktop, hit F12 on your keyboard and paste in this line and run it:
cp /usr/share/uberstudent/ubiquity/ubiquity.desktop "$HOME/Desktop"
